Gene has been involved in the architectural design profession for over 40 years. He has been an active member of the Rochester Home Builders Association, serving on the Board of Directors for over 20 years and is currently Chairman of the Community Relations Committee. He has been involved in every Homearama show since the show’s inception.

Gene believes that involvement in his community and surrounding communities is very important. Under Gene’s direction Greater Living Architecture has designed and donated the designs for 3 hospice homes in the Rochester metro area, has donated numerous designs over the past 15 years to The Children’s Miracle Network and has also donated time and drawings to projects for Habitat for Humanity.

Gene incorporates a natural, effortless beauty into his designs. He approaches all projects, big and small, with attention to detail and consideration of what the customer wants and needs.

 Mr.O'Donnell is a registered Architect in The State of New York and New Jersey. He has over 20 years experience in both Commercial and Residential design and construction.

Mr.O'Donnell began his career with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City before moving on to Ciminelli Construction and Benderson Development. In 1999 he formed O’Donnell & Associates Inc. which provides Architectural and Construction Management services and is located in Rochester, NY.

Mr.O'Donnell’s experience includes the design and Construction Management of high rise office building nursing homes and retail power centers. Currently Mr. O’Donnell is providing consulting services for the new Buffalo Federal courthouse located in downtown Buffalo.

Mr.O'Donnell is a graduate of the University of Buffalo where he earned his Masters Degree in Architecture and Masters in Business Administration.

 Chris joined the firm in 1986 after graduating from Alfred State College with an Associates degree in architecture. He feels that working in an architectural firm that specializes in residential work has been a great fit for him. I’ve always been excited about designing houses for individual clients that would meet their specific needs.

With every client having their own wish list of what they want in a home, Chris enjoys the benefit of designing something new and exciting all the time.

In addition to designing and drafting, Chris is also in charge of the schedule for all of Greater Living’s clients, which he considers a challenging and rewarding aspect of his responsibilities, ensuring that Greater Living can design great house plans for our clients and deliver them in a time frame that meets their needs.

 A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Chris has been designing award winning homes for Greater Living Architecture since 1998.

He is originally from Penfield, NY but now resides in Brighton, NY with his wife, Kelly, daughter, Ava, and family dog, Moe.

Chris has a simple philosophy behind his creations: I design each home, each interesting space, as if my family and I were to call it our own.

 Tammy started at Greater Living in 2006, bringing over a decade of hands-on office experience and customer service expertise. Her role has expanded from Administrative Assistant to Office / Business Manager whereby she manages all aspects related to engaging the customer from managing appointments to managing the execution of offline and online marketing plans, as well as all other operational requirements of the firm.

I am very fortunate to have a job that I really enjoy and that allows me to utilize my organizational and attention to detail skills. As part of the Greater Living Architecture team, Tammy ensures that our designers can provide customers with their undivided attention and as such their full creativity.
