Can I purchase one set?
Yes, however it will be stamped Not For Construction. You can use this set to obtain estimates from your builder. Please Note: If you purchase the minimum construction set of 8 sets, the purchase price of the one set will be deducted from the total cost.

What kind of foundation do your plans have?
All of our plans are drawn with a full basement. However, if you need a crawl space or slab we can provide a written quote and delivery estimate for a new set of drawings.

Can changes be made to stock plans?
Absolutely yes. Any one of our thousands of plans can be modified to meet your unique requirements. All you need to do is pick a plan, come and see us and we'll review your desired modifications and provide you with a quote. How can I pay for my plans?
Greater Living Architecture accepts cash and personal checks. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I return plans?
No. We encourage you to shop carefully. While shopping please keep in mind factors such as lot size, setback and square footage restrictions imposed by the town. Check with the local building authorities for building permit application requirements.

What does the copyright mean to the consumer?
It is a violation of Federal Copyright Law for any person to reproduce a plan without the written consent of Greater Living Architecture, P.C. When a plan is purchased, it is released for a one-time build. If vellums are purchased, we will provide a reproduction release form that allows the purchaser to obtain additional copies for construction.
Please Note: Greater Living Architecture only stamps plans for residences in New York State. Out-of-state purchasers are responsible for adhering to the required building permits as well as obtaining the required reviews and approvals from engineers / architects for the specific state.
